In preparation for the next Smile for the Camera Carnival: Crowning Glory, today I went to the Magic Cupboard in search of a photo I know exists, but was unable to locate it. Instead, out tumbled loose snapshots, photo envelopes, and clippings. I have three cupboards, plus one old wooden chest, filled with family photos. Things are getting desperate here. Perhaps it’s time for a Clean Out the Clutter Challenge – Do any Genea-Bloggers want to keep me company?

Wouldn’t this be a good challenge? Can we narrow it down to just one cupboard or box of clutter? My husband has begged me, literally begged me, to please go to the basement and go thru boxes we moved from California to Pennsylvania 8 years ago! Meanwhile, I’ve filled more boxes upstairs in my office. Where do I start??
Having once again been threatened with divorce, I am decluttering.
Here’s the rub. I’ve found some really good stuff I’d forgotten I had and I’m getting so distracted I’m not accomplishing much.
I don’t think moving a pile from one side of the room to the other counts, or does it?
